The ACA has partnered with WARC to enhance our suite of complimentary, members-only webinars. Read on for the details of this upcoming webinar and register directly with WARC.

If you’re in the ad industry, you’re not normal. Compared to the Canadian public, you’re more urban, you skew younger and your media habits are different. Why does that matter? Because we’re in the business of understanding our audiences, and it turns out those differences in media habits are skewing our perceptions of the public’s behaviour. How well do you (think you) know your audience?

ThinkTV surveyed the Canadian industry, including ACA’s members and collected some unique data. Attendees to this webinar will learn:

  • The extent to which the media habits of the Advertising Industry differ from the ‘average Canadian’
  • How our personal media habits are biasing our assumptions of others’ behaviours
  • What happens when you take television away from someone for five days: The surprising things they miss, and how that experience compares to taking away subscription services
