Sharon FlynnSharon has nearly 20 years of experience in the media and digital spaces, including TVO (Director of Research), Astral Media (Head of Research & Director of Interactive Research), CBC (Research Manager) and the Canada Media Fund (Statistical and Economic Analyst). Her experience also traces back to print media, sales, and academic roles in her native Dublin.

An ongoing member of the Digital Analytics Association, Sharon is at the centre of the Canadian digital community. As a co-founder of the Digital Analytics Association Southern Ontario Branch, she regularly hosts panel discussions. She was a co-chair of the comScore Research Advisory Council from 2008 to 2009 and a member of the IAB Research Council.

Dale KingDale King is Director, Client Services, Nielsen. Since June 2012, Dale has led the Canadian Watch Client Service team. Together with her team, they help clients better understand the Canadian advertising landscape – both traditional and digital.

Dale has more than 25 years of experience in the media industry. Prior to joining Nielsen, Dale worked on both sales and editorial aspects at The Globe and Mail, Sun Media, LexisNexis Canada, RealNet Canada, and Canwest Interactive.

Aileen GrantAileen Grant is Director Sales & Service at Nielsen IMS. An accomplished media professional, Aileen started her career at a large media agency and moved up to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts as VP, Director of Media Planning. From there she shifted to Yum Brands, where she lead media planning and advertising investment. More recently, she was a Media director at Sandbox Advertising. Recognizing that media & consumer research has become essential to an advertiser’s business decisions, Aileen moved to Nielsen IMS in 2015 to head up the Nielsen IMS office.
